Wendy Myers-Jennings


Wendy (she/her/hers) graduated from the City University of New York School of Law, where she was a Graduate Fellow. While at CUNY, Wendy represented individuals charged with crimes in Queens County through the Defenders Clinic, assisted an incarcerated person in preparing for a parole hearing, and participated in CUNY’s CLEAR project. Wendy was also a senior staff member of the CUNY Law Review, where she published a note, Separating Families Without Due Process: Hidden Child Removals Closer to Home. During her time in law school, she interned for Make the Road New York, Neighborhood Defender Services of Harlem, Brooklyn Defender Services, and the Urban Justice Center Mental Health Project. Prior to law school, she was a parent advocate at the Bronx Defenders.
