Jean Padilla


Jean earned his Bachelors in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology and a minor in Black Studies from the State University of New York at New Paltz. While in New Paltz, Jean received the Margaret Wade Lewis award for his dedication to saving and rebuilding the Black Studies department. Jean has interned at the Center for Community Alternatives and the Community Service Society of New York. He has also hosted community service events at Highland Juvenile Residential Center and participated in the Inside-out course at Brookwood Secure Center. He is fluent in Spanish.
