Christopher Garcia


Christopher is a highly regarded expert in the field of conflict resolution, counseling and ministry. Christopher brings over a decade of experience to any crisis management engagement. As a senior expert working in NYC’s Crisis Management System over the past three years, Christopher worked alongside City Council Member Vanessa Gibson to spearhead an initiative that helped significantly reduce gun violence in the 44th precinct of the Bronx. In 2015, Christopher received a State Assembly Proclamation from Assemblywoman Latoya Joyner and a City Citation of Merit from City Council Member Fernando Cabrera for the work he did with gang involved youth in the 44th precinct. Christopher is also a Senior Instructor for United Chaplains State of New York and an Associate Pastor with Love Legacy Chapel International where he designs classes, teaches Bible Study and coordinates scheduling of various ministerial trainings for both leadership and church members. He studied with New York Theological Seminary and earned his Associates in Christian Ministry from Morning Star School of Ministry in 2005. He also earned his Ministry and Human Services degree from Boricua College in 2008.
